Very nice , big ,modern and functional with everything you need, comfortable beds in good sized bedrooms, great bathroom, very good kitchen, the view is great and super beaches very close

This home is the perfect place to stay if visiting Ishigaki and relaxing at the beach.

The property was beautiful. The view to the ocean was stunning. The facilities were perfect and it was impeccably clean and well decorated. The hosts had thought of everything. The location was great, near to some of the most beautiful beaches we had ever seen.

Our stay was incredible! You need to rent a car because the stores for grocery shopping/water are about 30 min away. Side note make sure your flight is early enough to pick up your car rental because ours was delayed and it was after there business hours were closed and they cancelled our reservations. Luckily the owner was beyond accommodating and helped us out in a huge way getting it straightened out. Something you'll never experience in the US. You have a few restaurants close by but the hours are not consist so nice to have groceries if you need to make a meal. The Beer Garden was almost always open. Great food but limited menu and a nice pool they allow their guests to swim in. That was unexpected but so nice to unwind after a long day. The waterfall that's close by was awesome! The house is beautiful modern amenities very comfortable and the size of the house was perfect for a family of 5. The views and stars are so beautiful! I'd love to visit again in the future. Thank you, Ichiro for everything. Will never forget your kindness!

It’s nice that it’s close to the beach. The recommended beach was very nice and one of the coolest beaches we’ve been to. Definitely secluded if that is what your looking for. Our children thought the loft area was really neat. The view from the window to the beach is fantastic.

− The beach kind of hard to get to. The path is very steep and kind of difficult to climb in and out of. Very little is close by and everything closes early and opens late. Plan on eating early or cooking dinner and preparing your own breakfast. Cleanliness was sub par. There was mold on one of the spatulas (bamboo) and the dishes weren’t super clean. Floor didn’t seem properly swept because it was done by a robot. Wife had to kill a pretty big centipede in the shower, but Im not sure that’s anything anyone came do about that in the wilderness. 😅 House took a long time to cool down because all the AC was off when we arrived, however, it did cool down eventually. Beds were pretty hard and not very comfortable. Kids didn’t have a problem with the beds, but us old people did (my wife and I) 😅. Stairs could be a little dangerous if you’re not careful with no railing on one side, but they defiantly look cool. Living area couch is very small with only enough room for a few people to sit to watch TV. Lastly, check in is pretty late and check out is very early. Even more of a reason why it’s not worth the value.
