9.0,הדירה מרווחת ונקיה. מצוידת היטב ונעימה. המינוס היחיד הוא התמונות של החיות התלויות על הקירות. בהחלט טורדות מנוחה. גם פרחי- צמחי הפלסטיק ממש ממש מיותרים!!! אבל בסהכ יופי של מקום
