Non è la prima volta che andiamo e torniamo volentieri perché lì stiamo bene. Casa ampia, rifatta da poco e tenuta molto bene, adatta anche per soggiorni lunghi. Pulizia ineccepibile. Comodità di parcheggio. Gestori estremante accoglienti e gentili. Siamo stati benissimo anche questa volta. Grazie mille davvero, e speriamo a presto!!!

Wir (ein Kollege und ich) haben die Wohnung wegen der Nähe zu unserem Arbeitsort gewählt. Die Kommunikation war perfekt, der persönliche Empfang und die Sauberkeit des Hauses ebenfalls. Die Ausstattung erfüllte alle Ansprüche und ein kleiner erster Lebensmittelvorrat vorhanden. Auch Reinigungsmittel und eine Waschmaschine sind vorhanden. Der Besitzer begleitete uns nach Ankunft noch zu einem nahen Restaurant, da wir noch nichts gegessen hatten. Stressfreies Ankommen mit freundlicher Begrüßung und vollwertigem Apartment. − Die Ausstattung der Wohnung war umfassend und supersauber. Mich persönlich haben die alten durchgelegenen Matratzen und Kopfkissen "deren Füllung man besser nicht anschaut" (das finde ich öfter in Italien) im "großen" Schlafzimmer gestört

Posizione ottima, in un piccolo centro con negozi ed anche ipermercati, ideale per visitare le provincie di Parma, Reggio Emilia e Modena. Parcheggio interno

− Consiglio di eliminare l' armadio in camera matrimoniale di fronte al letto in quanto non utilizzabile perché già occupato, in modo da dare più spazio per il passaggio, specie di notte
