− In die Jahre gekommen. Für ein Hotel dieser Kategorie nicht akzeptabel, dass man abends keinerlei Essen mehr bekommt, man ist zwingend auf Auto angewiesen um etwas Essen zu gehen. Seit Einstieg des ausländischen Investors ist der Fous eindeutig auf ‚Geld sparen‘.
Ein Haus, das unter seinen Möglichkeiten bleibt.
5.0Sehr schönes Anwesen mit liebevoll sanierten denkmalgeschützten Gebäuden in einem großen Park. Gute Lage zum Flughafen. Toller Wellness Bereich.
− Das Hotel wird lieblos von Angestellten geführt. Es war wenig ausgelastet. Restaurant war geschlossen. Klimaanlage in einem Zimmer funktionierte nicht, im anderen schlecht. Frühstücksbuffet maximal durchschnittlich. Zimmer im Stil der 1990er Jahre haben sich etwas überlebt. Schade um das schöne Haus.
Absolut inakzeptabel: Trotz Vorauszahlung und Absprache wurde uns kein Schlüssel für den Late Check-In hinterlegt, sodas
1.0− Eigentlich sollte dies ein besonderer Aufenthalt werden, endete aber in einer organisatorischen Katastrophe. Unser Zimmer für die Hochzeitsnacht war vorab bezahlt und der Late Check-In über die Schlüsselbox war abgesprochen. Obwohl wir auf eine kurzfristige Nachfrage des Hotels am Abend noch geantwortet und unser Kommen bestätigt haben, standen wir nachts vor verschlossener Tür, kein Schlüssel, kein Zimmer bereit. In unserer Hochzeitsnacht mussten wir uns mitten in der Nacht eine Notunterkunft suchen. Dass man am nächsten Tag nicht von sich aus das Gespräch sucht und den Fehler nur als "Missverständnis" abtut, ist bei diesem Preisniveau unbegreiflich. Service und Empathie sehen anders aus. Sehr enttäuschend.
