Hervorragende Unterkunft in bester Lage im Zentrum von Cochem! Sehr gepflegte, gut ausgestattete Zimmer, die den Aufenthalt gemütlich und komfortabel machen! An schönen Sommertagen lädt die geräumige Dachterrasse mit Blick auf die grünen Moselhänge zum entspannten Verweilen beim Kaltgetränk nach Wahl ein - ein ganz dickes Plus! Auch die keineswegs selbstverständliche Spülmaschine in der Küche war eine tolle Zusatzleistung, die wir gerne in Anspruch genommen haben. Parken war überhaupt kein Problem und ein Parkschein für die gesamte Dauer des Aufenthalts im Preis enthalten (Privat-Parkplatz liegt ca. 100m von der Unterkunft entfernt). Louis füllt seine Funktion als Gastgeber vorbildlich aus. Kommunikation und kontaktlose Schlüsselübergabe funktionierten reibungslos, er war per WhatsApp erreichbar und hat prompt und freundlich geantwortet. Zukünftige Gäste sollten sich nicht von der hinter dem Haus verlaufenden Bahnlinie irritieren lassen, die Schlafzimmer liegen zur Fußgängerzone hin - die Nachtruhe ist garantiert! Nochmals vielen Dank, wir kommen gerne wieder, wenn wir in Deutschland sind!

Het was een leuke , ruime en schone vakantie woning . Heerlijke bedden. Het dakterras was echt prachtig. Met een mooi uitzicht. De beheerder was erg gastvrij, behulpzaam en gaf snelle reactie.
− Eigenlijk hebben we geen negatieve dingen. Alleen als tip , is misschien een ventilator bij warm weer een optie. Want het was wel erg warm doordat het appartement op de bovenste etage lag.

Heel mooi, schoon en ruim appartement. Alles aanwezig. Heerlijk groot balkon.
− Geen lift dus niet voor mensen die slecht ter been zijn. Er waren geen extra handdoeken. En de kussens op de bedden waren voor ons veel te zacht.

Heerlijk ruim appartement op loopafstand van het centrum. Complete keuken en niet gehorig. Bakker op 100 meter met lekkere broodjes. Heel fijn dakterras met uitzicht over de berg en treinen (wordt bij ons enorm gewaardeerd).
− Het appartement zit bovenin een gebouw, dus veel traplopen (maar dit was bekend vooraf) want er is geen lift.
