8.0Hyvä sijainti, melko siisti, moderni uusi huoneisto.
− Vähän kalusteita, ei mattoja, muutama verho, kolkko, kaikui, naapurin äänet kuuluivat hyvin. Ei ilmastointia, kuitenkin tuulettimet ja avattavat ikkunat. Vaikutti hieman keskeneräiseltä.

7.0Kaksi wc:tä/suihkua ja tilava keittiö. Auton parkkimahdollisuus pihassa.
− Ei kokovartalopeiliä missään. Oleskelutilan kalusteet jo aikansa eläneet. Wc- tiloissa ei pidettä, ei hyllyjä shamppoo/pesuaineille. Ohjeita yleisesti asunnosta/laitteista. Yläkerta kaipaa jäähdytystä. Ilmastoinnin säädettävyys? Rakennus ilmeisesti vielä hieman keskeneräinen?
