Friendly staff but hard to check in

− Toilet wouldn’t flush or would take 3-4 times to flush properly. They were fighting me on our arrival, room wasn’t ready when we arrived and it took 1-2 hours for them to get it ready. Online it says pet friendly but front staff were trying to say dogs weren’t welcome
Worst place in Lloydminster.
4.0It was cheap, the in-room coffee machine worked. The noisy heater helped drown out the highway traffic going by at all hours of the night.
− Exterior door barely closed, surface of table was visibly "gucky", night table looked like they had pulled it out of a dumpster, floors were dirty, boot tray was filthy and broken. Management were not present when I was ready to check out at 9 am or I would have shown them. The door to the office was locked.

− They tried to stick me in a wing of the motel that was apparently abandoned. The room was full of garbage bags of empty bottles, no curtains, no bedding, the bathroom mirror was shattered and glass was all over the floor. The towel racks were ripped off the wall and also on the floor. They essentially had no rooms. I did not stay and still haven't recieved my refund yet. Was charged a cancelation fee for not sleeping in the glass. Obvious scam happening
