Non è la prima volta che soggiorno qui, quindi ormai siamo di casa! Apprezziamo molto la disponibilità e la cordialità dello staff! Un posto unico e magico!

− Piccoli problemi con aria condizionata e termosifoni che al primo giorno non funzionavano, appena li chiamavamo erano tempestivi a venire e risolvere i vari problemi in merito. Fortunatamente sono riusciti a partire e contribuire con il riscaldamento i termosifoni così da farci vivere un soggiorno degno delle nostre aspettative. Altri problemi inerenti al WiFi che andrebbe aumentata la banda larga del segnale perché non prende in tutti i punti dell appartamento, quindi per garantire l efficienza della struttura andrebbero subito aggiustati questi problemi.

Overall the apartment was wonderful for the location and cost. The staff was very warm and friendly.

The apartment was spacious and clean. Very comfortable beds. Bathroom was nice and shower provided great water temps and pressure. Location was convenient to Centraal Station and Rokin Metro

− Small criticism, the washer/dryer combo was not intuitive to use. We could not figure out how to run just a drying cycle even after watching YouTube videos.

It was a good location, and clean. The front window had a lovely view of the canal. The staff were lovely, accommodating and were as helpful as possible. Loved the little clogs we got at the end. The windows were great, lots of space to sit and admire the view and the night life. Not for me personally, but we were situated next to a bulldog coffeeshop, very close to the red light district, which for some might be of use to know! Lots of nice cafes and restaurants very close which was great in the evening.

− It was advertised as having free wifi, which they changed on the advert after they told us that the apartments dont have wifi. The beds were just pushed together and not very comfortable. Pull out bed was okay but not very comfortable. Coffee machine was broken and not fixed during our stay. Didnt have enough towels for three people so we had to go back downstairs. Initially the electric didn't work but this was sorted promptly, however there were multiple sockets that didn't work. Not the hotels fault but our upstairs neighbours were so loud all the time. Some were rude to us during our stay. The bins were a little confusing, we put them out at the times it said but they werent always collected. Despite the lovely view, you can definitely hear everything going on outside, but for most of the week this was fine.

The location was great, the convenience of being able to cook and wash clothes was also great.

− It took 3 times to find an apartment that did not have problems, also access to these apartments are some via very steep and narrow stairs, not safe with luggage. The first apartment had very noisy A/C and access was very difficult via several narrow stair cases. The second apartment had a 60cm wet patch in the centre of the bed from the A/C unit above the bed. Finally the third apartment had easy access but the living room was opposite the popular canal boat cruise stops, very noisy until late in the evening. The furniture and facilities were no way 5 stars, stains on the lounge, one out of three power outlets worked, and a dodgy cooling system in the centre of the main bedroom as the building A/C did not work. We stayed for nine nights, it was convenient in some ways but not worth the money they asked for. For this price it was a dump.

Good for young people, not recommended for couples or family.

Location is good, just down a side lane from the hotel , so very central to the city. Decent amount of space, with a good range of kitchen equipment, 2 televisions, beds were nice and firm

− Now central Amsterdam you expect to be noisy, however it’s the noise from your fellow guests in apartments that can make or break your experience. We were in a first floor apartment, with another apartment beside us and 3 others above. Doors banging at all times of the night, people having a “smoke” in the lane outside which was under our bedroom windows, with all the noise associated with it. Nothing you can do , we had 7 nights stay , some nights ok, others were not.
