Bardzo przestronny odnowiony apartament. Łatwy dostęp, parking, czysto

− Łóżka sa nieakceptowalne. Źle skręcone, skrzypiące, zapadające się. Po prostu nie da się na tym spac. Tą samą sytuacja w obu sypialniach. To jest koniecznie do zmiany. Brak lustra w łazience

Clean and good value for money

The apartment was generally clean, and comfortable, with good amenities. It is a good base for Loch Lomond & the Trossachs, as long as you have a car. Check in was easy.

− Only one issue was the duvet cover in the 2nd bedroom wasn’t clean, with stains on one corner.

Disappointing - definitely overpriced

The apartment is new and modern.

− For a new apartment, there are so many small things that are not right, it's quite disappointing. Handles falling off kitchen cupboard doors, the grill pan was such a disgrace, I didn't use it. Not enough glasses. All the cups, half the plates and bowls weren't clean and had to be washed before use. The beds are cheap and not sturdy and sink in the middle. There was a yoghurt left in the fridge at the back, presumably from previous occupants. The tiles in the bathroom behind the basin were soap marked. The toilet seat wasn't fixed properly. All the mirrors were smeary. When we arrived, there was no key to the block front door in the key safe. We got in because the back door was open, but couldn't go out on Friday night in case we were locked out. A key was brought and put in the key safe at 9.30pm.

Great space for our family to spread out after several days traveling together. The rooms were tidy.

− The extended sunlight houra are not normal for us, so some way to darken the windows further would be nice.
