9.0Es war eine sehr ansprechende Wohnung, mit allem was man benötigt. Die Lage war ruhig mit einer schönen Aussicht. Die Verwaltung war sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend.
− Das es kein Wlan gibt. Kann man sich in der heutigen Zeit kaum noch vorstellen.

7.0Größe der Wohnung war top. Sehr ruhige Lage. Agentur Herrmann war auch top.
− Es gibt kein WLAN. Das ist heutzutage nicht mehr akzeptabel!
