6.0Todella hyvällä sijainnilla.
− Asunnon yleiset tilat oli petipaikkoihin nähden turhan ahtaat eli ei todellakaan perheelle soveltuva. Maksimissaan soveltuu n. 3 aikuiselle tai 2+1 perheelle. Jääkaappi oli aivan todella pieni, samoin kuivauskaappi. Kuvissa yleisilme näytti fressiltä, mutta oli todellisuudessa pinnat osin kulahtaneet tai rahaa säästämällä remontoitu näkyen myös toimimattomissa ratkaisuissa, mikä alkoi jo parin päivän oleskelun jälkeen ärsyttää. Miinusta myös, että talossa ei ollut peflettejä tai talouspaperia sisältyen aloituspakkauksiin.
