9.0Moderné ubytovanie v rodinnom dome na prízemí, kde domáci bývajú na hornom poschodí. Byt bol priestranný a moderný a kompletne zariadený, takže nič nám nechýbalo.

Groot schoon gerenoveerd appartement met een TV waarop alleen reclamekanalen te ontvangen zijn.
7.0Ruim en schoon appartement. Alles was nieuw (gerenoveerd). Twee aparte slaapkamers. Boxspring bedden met toppers (sommige wel last van pilling). Gratis parkeren op straat of (nu nog) in de tuin (bouwput).
− De TV had alleen kanalen met reclame. De eigenaar kon dit niet verhelpen (Volgens de verhuurder de schuld van de vorige huurders). We moesten maar ons eigen netflix abonnement gebruiken, wat we niet hebben. Zelfs de algemene TV zenders als WDR, ARD en ZDF etc. waren niet te ontvangen. Een badmat ontbrak; ook de schuld van vorige huurders; kon ook niet verholpen worden (?!). Het elektronische slot op de voordeur werkte vaak niet goed (de eerste keer gelukkig wel). De moderne techniek (elektronische schakelaars voor verlichting en rolluiken) schiet zijn doel voorbij en reageert ook niet altijd goed; wij vonden dat niet handig. De rolluiken kunnen hierdoor ook alleen helemaal open of helemaal dicht. Van binnen is het mooi, maar buiten is het (nog) een bende. De achtertuin (bouwplaats) grenst aan een nieuwe spoorbaan, waar wij overigens weinig last van hadden. Door werkzaamheden aan de spoorbaan (viaduct gestremd) kun je moeilijker bij het centrum komen.
