7.0Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend und war bei Ankunft sehr sauber.
− Leider muss ich erwähnen, dass man im Erdgeschoss die Schritte und Geräusche aus der Wohnung darüber sehr deutlich hört – vor allem nachts kann das störend sein.
