At the end we say that it was a good stay but not perfect.
1.0The apartment have a lot of rooms and this was great, have Tv and underfloor heating, have a table and chairs, fridge and microwave, cups and dishes, towels and bed linen. All this was helpful for us the stay in good condition.
− When we come inside the apartment it was dirty, unclean everywhere, we lose almost 1 day from our stay for cleaning and arrange everything as we supposed to be, we contacted the agency and request some clean linens, they promised that they will bring to us on the next day, but didn’t happen. We were disappointed about the management and how they deal the situation.

3.0Rein überhaupt nichts!
− Wir haben eine andere Wohnung als gebucht bekommen. Diese Wohnung war extrem dreckig, das Mobiliar wie z.B Stühle, Tassen, insgesamt jeweils 4 Stück für gebuchte 6 Personen nicht wirklich ausreichend. Die defekten Stühle liegen in der Küche, vielleicht wollte sie irgendwann jemand reparieren 🤷♀️ Das Babybett nicht zu finden. Auf den Hinweis das die über uns liegende Wohnung bis Tief in die Nacht, das schlafen unmöglich macht, keinerlei Reaktion. Der zugewiesene Parkplatz, auf den extra hingewiesen wurde, war übrigens belegt. Insgesamt eine unfassbare Unterkunft, die in meinen Augen ausschließlich als sogenannte Arbeit/Monteure Wohnung, ohne jeglichen Anspruch, genutzt werden sollte und auch dann ist es bitter. Auf telefonische Rückrufbitte oder Mails reagiert man nach Ankunft und bei Beschwerden erst gar nicht.
