8.0Modern building with very functional and appealing appliances, friendly staff, exceptional breakfast (many biological products, no extra plastic) and great location (very close to the train station & Bildungscampus), very modern and picturesque neighbourhood by the river
− The room was super warm at my arrival and it was hard to cool it down as there was almost no airflow even with an open window. Minor cleaning issues, the trash can had not been emptied by the former guests and the bathroom sink had not been cleaned, but all in all, it was still perfectly fine.

All guests must be members of the DJH (Deutsches Jugendherbergswerk) or Hosteling International. If you are not a member, you must purchase a membership card upon arrival at the hostel. The DJH membership card costs EUR 7 per person up to the age of 26 for German guests and EUR 27.50 for families or guests over the age of 27 (half price from June) and is valid for the entire calendar year. The HI card for international guests costs EUR 18 and is valid for 1 year.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
