− Unsere Zeit des check in wurde bestätigt, dann standen wir mit 2 Kindern und dem Gepäck vor der Tür. Niemand öffnete, niemand ging ans Telefon, auf unsere Nachricht wurde dann endlich reagiert. Diese Wohnung steht nicht mehr zur Verfügung. Wir mussten in ein Hotel ausweichen und nun ist mein Paypal gesperrt, da ich das Geld zurück gebucht habe. Vom Kundenservice seit einer Woche keine Reaktion.
Absolute joke! Do not book! Left my family homeless for the night
