− The property states it offers airport transfer service. However, we needed an early ride back to airport from the place - the manager refused to drive us and he was not even able to order us a taxi! He sent us pictures of taxi apps and phone number which did not work! It was horrible, and so stressful. Also, there were no mobile service in most parts of the appartment, which made it even more difficult to order a taxi! The manager did bring us from the airport to the place, but we had to hold our luggages on our knees! since the car trunk was completely full of manager's own stuff!! Terrible experience.

10.0The owner valario was amazing went above and beyond collecting us from the bus station late at night and his dad taking to the train station when leaving Helped by suggesting train time tables to get about and if we needed anything he would get it The locals in the shops where helpful with not speaking Italian
− The only issue was the distance to Rome from the apparent but that was my fault for not checking 1st
