9.0O apartamento está bem equipado e limpo. Gostei da calma e tranquilidade da rua, assim como da proximidade do apartamento à Lagoa de Santo André e da praia, que tem um areal muito extenso.
− O apartamento fica retirado do centro da cidade, mas facilmente se chega lá de carro.

9.0Foi a segunda vez que fiquei neste alojamento e gostei. O apartamento é muito luminoso e está bem equipado. O anfitrião esteve sempre disponível quando foi necessário contactar. Também teve a cortesia de nos deixar uma garrafa de água e uma de vinho. A localização é boa e na rua há sempre lugar para estacionar.

8.0Fueron muy amables facilitando el Check -in y explicando todo perfectamente. El apartamento estaba bien, se ajustaba a lo contratado y pasamos unos días muy buenos.

8.0Very well equipped apartment with all the necessary commodities and comfortable. Quiet location (outside festivity periods) and close to the beach by walking (less than 10 min). Many available and secure parking places around in the streets.
− Too few power outlets available e.g. for charging phones or laptops, without disconnecting some appliance, TV set or bedside lamp first (only 2 were free and all in the living room. In case of many guests, they must take turns to charge phones or PCs). Soundproofing is not that great from the entrance door and you can hear virtually all noises and chatter in the corridor leading to the nearby apartments from other guests. Soundproofing to the exterior is not that good either. Some our stay coincided with the local festivities, which were held in a big tent just across the street in front of the apartment and for 3 consecutive days we couldn't sleep peacefully sometimes up until 3 to 4 a.m., even if the festivity was supposed to finish past midnight, with young people playing and singing music aloud. Luckily, the other nights were very peaceful.

− A casa apresentava um cheiro estranho, na parte do wall e no quarto. Encontramos muitos cabelos em cima dos móveis e na casa de banho.
