9.0Schöne, top ausgestattete Wohnung.
− Das Fröschequaken aus der Ahr ist nachts schon störend.
Sehr schönes Ambiente, komme sehr gerne wieder.
10.0Eine sehr schöne, moderne und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung im Erdgeschoss, in der es an Inventar an nichts fehlt. Nicht weit bis zu den Weinbergen und nach Ahrweiler bzw. Bad Neuenahr. Wunderbar zum Wandern und Fahrrad fahren. Für mein Fahrrad wurde mir eine Unterstellmöglichkeit zur Verfügung gestellt. Radweg befindet sich direkt in unmittelbarer Nähe.
− Der Preis für die Entreinigung erscheint mir für einen Kurzaufenthalt / Wochenende etwas zu hoch.
Sehr schöne und moderne Ferienwohnung in guter Lage.
9.0Ich wurde überaus freundlich von dem Hausmeister empfangen, der mir alle gezeigt und erklärt hat. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut eingerichtet, technisch auf dem neuesten Stand und trotzdem sehr gemütlich.
− Ich habe leider nicht so gut geschlafen, was aber mehr an meinem Gesundheitszustand als an der Wohnung lag. Ab der zweiten Nacht habe ich auf dem gemütlichen Sofa geschlafen und das war deutlich besser.
