− Vooral dat het gesloten was en dat ik last minute een ander hotel moest boeken

1.0− Hotel ohne funktionierenden Brandschutz. Mein Kollege und ich haben jeweils ein Zimmer bekommen in denen keine Rauchmelder installiert waren. In den Fluren sind die Rauchmelder teilweise abgedeckt. Die Fluchtweghinweisleuchten waren ohne Funktion. Brandschutztüren teilweise verkeilt oder der Schließmeschanismus abgebaut. Als wir die Mängel reklamiert haben, wurde wir gebeten, das Hotel zu verlassen. Geld wollte die Dame uns nicht wieder geben.
