Be aware of house rules before you book!
5.0Location was okay, infront of mountains, but nothing exceptional, since its Switzerland and you could get this view almost everywhere. Place is newly built and so accessories are all brand new.
− Address provided in Booking.com is wrong and we end up in wrong home and the resident there guided us to the right apartment. Only coffee maker, no pods, only 1 waste disposal bag. Checkin time at 4 pm and checkout at 9 am, we asked to a late checkout, was not possible due to busy time of the year. There were no particular house rules provided on booking.com. But we contacted the management to ask where to dispose of waste and then they shared a private link with all the weird house rules. Disposal bins are in the village. Plates and glasses has to be cleaned and kept out of dishwasher (with early checkout, its not so nice rule to have, especially staying with 5-6 member family after having early breakfast). Bed linen has to be removed and placed on floor. 🤷🏻♂️ We have stayed in lot of Airbnb in Europe before and all these rules seems a bit too much. Now the worse part, after we checked out and was packing the bags in to our car, the cleaning lady came and was asking us, you didnt read the rules that she sent us last day (the one I asked for). She was murmuring that she has more work to do now😂
