7.0Отличное месторасположение дома, в котором находятся апартаменты, дом на закрытой территории на тихой улочке, рядом шумная улица со множеством исторических ресторанчиков, баров, кафе, магазинчиков. Район Трастевере нами очень любим. Из аэропорта 30 минут на такси. Есть лифт - огромный плюс, тк во многих домах с апартаментами в центре города нет лифта. Апартаменты просторные, уютные, стильно обставленные, очень понравились картины на стенах и книги. На кухне посуда разная в наличии, кофемашина с капсулами, техника, мы не пользовались, но очень удобно при необходимости. Хозяин был дружелюбен и всегда на связи.
− Самая огромная для нас проблема - жара в апартаментах, спать было невозможно, мучились все три ночи. В спальне нет кондиционера, только вентилятор на потолке и на полу, но в жару это не спасает, они гоняют теплый воздух. Просыпаешься сырой и измученный. В зале на диване спали дети, там был кондиционер, который почти не охлаждал, а в последнюю ночь совсем перестал работать, и вентилятор на полу, что тоже не помогало. В душе было проблематично настроить воду - либо холодная, либо очень горячая. И на в квартире было всего 3 стула, а хотелось бы за столом сидеть одновременно четверым. Здорово было бы, если на кухне были мелкая соль и оливковое масло (хотя бы 50 мл).

10.0The apartment has a unique and welcoming atmosphere, with books and framed artwork decorating the walls. It is located in a beautiful, well-maintained residential building, which made us feel like locals rather than tourists. Giulio was extremely helpful and responsive throughout our stay. It was also refreshing and reassuring to deal directly with a real person rather than a management agency, which made the experience feel much more personal. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and would highly recommend it to others.
Great base for exploring the local area and further afield.
