10.0Die Wohnung war sauber. Die Wohnung entsprach den Bildern. Außerdem verlief die Kommunikation sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Insgesamt empfehlenswert.
− Das Treppenhaus ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und einige Nachbarn haben dort recht viel abgestellt, was den Gesamteindruck etwas beeinträchtigt. Fairerweise hat das jedoch nichts mit der Wohnung selbst zu tun. diese war sauber, gepflegt und wirklich schön eingerichtet.
Kommen immer wieder gerne zurück.

7.0Die Lage für Hildesheim war die Lage gut.
− Parkmöglichkeiten schlecht. Das Treppenhaus war seh schmutzig und vollgestellt. In der Wohnung war der Backofen und die Küche verdreckt. Rollos defekt, einige Fenster mit Nägeln usw. Leisten ab Türen beschädigt…. eine Rolle Toiletten Papier für 4 Personen 3 Nächte.. und sehr kleine billige Handtücher. Für den Preis hätten wir uns etwas mehr erhofft.
