− Laut mit der Straßenbahn nebenan. WC und Lüftung alt. Wasserhahn Verlängerung leicht rostig.
Großzügige Wohnung, die auch füt 4 Erwachsene gut Platz und Komfort bietet.
9.0Die Wohnung ist sehr großzügig und bietet eine gute Anbindung an ÖPNV sowie Parkmöglichkeit direkt vorm Haus. Schlüsselübergabe lief einfach und problemlos. Alles für den Kurzurlaub vorhanden.
