− + Located at a busy intersection – the traffic noise makes it difficult to have a conversation and to sleep at night (with the windows closed, it gets stuffy) + The pavement is directly below the windows – so close that passers-by can practically look straight into your plate + Tiny bathroom with a toilet cistern that constantly leaks + No freezer compartment in the fridge (important if you use ice packs in a portable travel cooler) + Uncomfortable pillows
