Está muy acogedor el lugar, los espacios muy bien distribuidos, estaba todo limpio, las camas muy cómodas, el área común es preciosa, los niños disfrutaron mucho la piscina.

− La nevera no estaba enfriando casi nada, y una de las habitaciones no tenía aire acondicionado.

− We had pre-registered parking for 5 cars for our group, 4 days in advance. On the day of arrival, past our check-in time we were told there had been some community policy changes and we would only be allowed 2 cars through the gate (after getting in we saw several houses had multiple cars parked, so it didn't seem like a community policy). The property did not make any accommodation for the previous agreement and suggested we park the rest of the cars at an unsecured open parking lot of a target store, 15 min drive away. We had to shuttle all the people and all the stuff back and forth multiple times throughout the trip. This caused a lot of inconvenience and wasted time for our planned and paid activities. It took 2 weeks of multiple calls and messages to the property and booking.com support to get any resolution for the matter. In the end the compensation provided was nothing. They offered us a discount for future bookings at their properties. We will never risk making another reservation with them only for it to change after check-in or worse cancelled with nowhere to go on the spot. There are several other problems with the security (multiple maintenance vehicles showing up late at night unannounced) and upkeep of the place.

We loved the sauna and hot tub. There was plenty of room with 4 kids to not feel crowded,

− There was no explanation about how to work the pellet heater so we were freezing the 1st night. The house needed some new blinds and back door slider. By the last dat the sauna hot tub needed some clorine it started to smell like fish, When we arrived the driveway was not cleaned so we had to call to have the snow removed.
