8.0− The property's location was difficult to find on Google Maps, requiring extensive searching to pinpoint the exact address. Additionally, the internet connection at the property was unreliable and performed poorly.

− We had one issue with bedding. Owner responded promptly and offered a good solution. We are sure this was an unfortunate oversight so would definitely stay again.

Excellent property
10.0The location was excellent. just outside of Bude. But very quiet & peaceful. You did have a resident peacock making his presence known but who cares!! Rosandric lived up to expectations, very clean & had everything you needed. perfect!!
− The only negative thing I would say is the back & front garden probably needed a bit of tlc. A few more plants etc. But we really couldn't fault it. Would definitely stay again
