Lovely area, great house with some issues which can be easily sorted.

Very good position, warm ( when it was very miserable outside), nice decor, thoughtful welcome pack, nice layout, Sonos, comfortable bedrooms, spectacular views from the balcony, bathroom

− Unfortunately the outside was a little neglected. The rail outside the front door was broken with a poor repair made with tape - quite dangerous. The balcony was not as the pictured in the listing. The wooden deck was over covered with artificial grass which did not look like it had been cleaned for some time. The glass gate was broken and not present with replacement also broken. The large balcony sliding doors and lights above were heavily covered in seagull poo! The gutters overspilled due to be full of nesting material and bones. The house was generally clean internally but large cobwebs in the kitchen by the cooker and dining area. Knife sharpener broken and so no way to sharpen blunt knives. No bath mat for the floor. Wood burner flu had a leak but it did rain heavily during our stay.
