This was honestly the cleanest accommodation I have ever stayed in. There wasn’t a single speck of dust anywhere. Everything smelled fresh, the bedding was spotless, and the whole house was absolutely immaculate. You could really feel how much care the owners put into every detail. The location was perfect, and our children were so happy to find toys – it was such a thoughtful touch. We also loved having an electric clothes drying rack. From the moment we walked in, it felt like coming home. It was warm, welcoming, and so comfortable that we didn’t want to leave. We would come back without hesitation.

Had a great brief stay at Cragside with my family - the house was immaculate! The house is in a great location and right next to all local amenities and serves as a great spot to set off from to see the wider trossachs I would definitely visit again.

The hostess was like a good referee: she went unnoticed.

Absolute Perfection!

Jackie met us at the property. She was so friendly and inviting. We came with friends so two couples. We were all raving about the bungalow. We will most definitely be back. If we could give it an 11 out of 10 we would! This has to be the cleanest property I have ever stayed in. Not a spec of dust in sight! Even the garden was well kept to perfection. Theres 3 parking spaces at the front of the property so dont worry about where to park. The lovely fresh invitingly clean smell greeted us as soon as we opened the door. The amenities were second to none...double ninja air fryer was a massive bonus and so easy and quick to clean. Not to mention a full size fridge freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. The garden was a perfect size and had a table with 2 benches. We got the sun all day. The garden was well sheltered and was always warm even when there was a breeze. It was lovely to sit in the garden with a spritz and lagers and enjoy the sun with our friends. The property is perfect. Two massive double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and ensuite in each. One bedroom can be turned into a twin. Both bedrooms having an ensuite was a welcomed surprise. It's situated one street back from the high street with a wee lane taking you directly to the church steeple smack bang in the centre of Callender in just 1 minute. This property is worth every single penny.

− If I have to put a negative, its the lack of curtains in the bedrooms. As it is daylight in Scotland at 4.30am in the summer, the sun came streaming through the blinds first thing. A set of curtains would be good to block out the light. Other than that, nothing.
