This place has exceeded our expectations. Cozy place, super clean, amazing view of the mountains with 2 balconies. It’s large and comfy for 2 people and should be enough for a family of 4. Bed is firm and comfy. But pillows are soft & low type. I would prefer a firm low pillow for a better sleep. As a light sleeper, it is far enough from the church that we were not bothered by noises from the church that bell every hour or 15 mins throughout the night. But I did sleep with ear plugs while my boyfriend did not need to. I really enjoyed having our breakfast by the balcony in the morning with mountain view. It’s just so soothing. Since we got the kitchen, fridge and all the utensils, we can make a quick breakfast before starting our days We have our car and can just street parking easily in front of the place. Check in and check out is simple and easy. Host family is friendly, though she doesn’t speak English and we could not speak German either. Host family live in the same building so if anything is needed. It should be easily to contact them but we didn’t need anything else during the stay. We will definitely come back for another time

− Wifi is pretty weak, especially at the balcony. They should add an extra WiFi spot for a smooth signal. Place is top floor, no elevator, no AC. But since it is among the mountains, opening windows during the nights is enough to cool down the room However, there is no blackout curtains. It gets bright when sunrise especially in the early morning. If you need to get up and pee early in the morning, the bathroom also get really bright as there are roof windows. I am a light sleeper and sensitive to light so earplugs and eye mask are needed.

Wunderschöne, moderne Ferienwohnung im Herzen von Partenkirchen. Man ist superschnell im Zentrum und ein perfekter Startpunkt für Wanderungen und Ausflüge. Die Wohnung ist außergewöhnlich stilvoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber und bietet mit zwei Balkonen einem Tageslicht Bad mit toller Dusche und einem ruhigen Schlafzimmer alles was man sich wünscht. Die Gastgeber sind sehr herzlich und haben mehrfach nachgefragt, ob alles passt oder man noch Dinge benötigt. Wir können die Ferienwohnungen uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

− Staff were indifferent and distant. Give us some love, it won't hurt! Speak to people, it won't hurt, and they will probably not bite! Fix this shower... It's ridiculous to be expected to pull the shower water skills from all over the toilet which is soaked after a shower... Ridiculous for this price.

Exceptional place!! The property is perfectly situated and eveything you need is within walking distance. The host provides you with an accurate list of facilities and places to visit. The property is equipped with everything you need, it is super comfortable, and feels like home away from home. I can see the host take pride in her customers and didn’t take any shortcuts, she had thought of everything and offered the best of everything. Perfect for long term and short term stay and even though we had a lot of snow, it was very comfortable, peaceful, and perfect space which felt like home.

Sehr schöne und saubere Unterkunft. Die Lage im Ortsteil Partenkirchen ist optimal. Direkt am Wandergebiet Wank und an der historischen Ludwigstraße. Nach 15-20 Minuten Fußweg ist man auch im Zentrum von Garmisch.
