La vue magnifique de l'appartement , la localisation . L'accueil aux petits soins et ses petites attentions de karine la femme de ménage . Agnès la propriétaire qui est venue nous rendre visite pour apporter un tabouret qui nous manquait.

− La sécurité du site peut faire un peu peur , Car au milieu de la semaine le portail à été cassé et plusieurs groupes de personnes ont profitez de l'infrastructure notamment la piscine . Et le fait d'arriver au niveau de l'entrée sombre .

The location is very beautiful, Karine was our concierge and was very attentive to our needs. She took her time to answer every one of our questions and to make us feel at home. My wife and I were very impressed by the modern and clean feel of the apartment. The location is absolutely unbeatable. The view on the Black Diamond Resort with the Diamond Rock in the distance was absolutely stunning. It felt much higher budget than what we paid. Karine was super good to work with. Communicating with her and the landlady on whatsapp was always easy and fast. The apartment is located very close to Le Diamant town, which is a super beautiful and charming town. It is also located close to places such as Anse d'Arlet, which is incredible. This place was remodeled 6 months ago and feels new and nice. The kitchen is outdoors and is quite fantastic. There is a small oven, a microwave, a pretty good-sized fridge/freezer, and stovetop, as well as all the pots, pans, plates, and silverware you need. The a/c works great and there is a great washer/dryer (it's a two-in-one washer and dryer). There is access to the pool which is awesome. Pool hours are usually 8 am to 6:30 pm. Overall very charming, modern, and comfortable apartment with fantastic assistance from Karine. My wife and I would definitely come back here in a heartbeat. We would gladly recommend this place to everyone and anyone.

− None of the following are big issues, mostly just small critiques. Like I said we were super happy with this place. - The location on booking.com for this apartment is INCORRECT. Instead, you need to search "Black Diamond by Philippe Hureau" on Google maps, and it will take you directly to the correct location. Once you get there, you type in the code to the gate, park, walk through the entrance area and down towards the bar, then the apartment is located in the "Résidence Floridana" building. - The apartment is a bit smaller than we expected, making it harder to organize our stuff. It is lacking a bit in storage and closet space. This didn't really bother us personally, but if you are the type of person to have all your stuff put away and organized, you might have to get creative and be ready to work with a small amount of space. - There are quite a few mosquitos and other bugs outside so make sure and prepare accordingly. - It would have been nice to have some shampoo and conditioner already provided. - Parking was often pretty difficult and so we either had to get creative or use the secondary dirt parking lot. - The Black Diamond Resort (where the pool is located as well as a bar and restaurant) employees can be a bit annoying sometimes. We tried to sit down at one of the daybeds near the pool (most of which were empty and had no reserved signs) and a waitress immediately came over and was quick to kick us out of there, as those were apparently reserved, despite a lack of signs. This isn't a huge problem but it did seem like they were more concerned about enforcing their rules than making people feel welcome. - The method of payment they requested for the security deposit was specific to France (le "rib") and for guests such as myself and my wife who only have U.S. bank accounts, it presented a challenge.
