Die Wohnung war einfach nur ekelhaft dreckig.
1.0− Die Wohnung war alles andere als sauber. Im Bett lagen Haare und Reste von Chips. In der Küche waren der Wasserkocher und die Kaffeemaschine total verkalkt und eine fette Staubschicht lag darauf. Selbst das Geschirr im Schrank war schmutzig. Das Bad sah nicht viel besser aus.. Die Vermieterin wollte dann am vorletzten Tag sauber machen kommen. Das hatte ich natürlich abgelehnt. Denn bis dato hatte ich ja geputzt… Aber am schlimmsten fand ich den nicht vorhandenen Service von booking.com: ich hatte um eine teilweise Rückerstattung gebeten. Leider ohne Erfolg. Egal ob telefonisch oder per Mail, man kommt ständig an eine Computerstimme, die mich vertrösten möchte.
