Disappointing- poor and rude attitude of host. Inaccurate and misleading description of service.

− It was advertised as a room with a private bathroom but this is not true. The room comes with a shared bathroom for a number of rooms. I booked it for my daughter who was traveling alone and would not have paid £124 for a room with a shared bathroom. The description on Booking is not accurate and is very misleading. I contacted Patricia and she said she was too busy to deal with my concerns and that my daughter could leave! She was dismissive and rude - I was shocked that she was content to put my daughter out on the street. She also said she had another booking at 4pm yesterday so maybe she gave the room I’d booked to another customer?
