Had a microwave and fridge

− Smelled really bad, horrible area and almost vertical stairs that were really unsafe. Decided we weren’t going to stay there and found somewhere else.wish I had read previous reviews more and wish there was some sort of quality control on these properties so you don’t just throw away your money.The photos in no way resembled the disgusting bathroom

− When booking even though they stated they could, they couldn't provide a travel cot when I booked. This should have been my warning. Once I arrived at the property at the correct check in time i could not get in. As they had not provided the code for the key lock out box. So I had to spend time chasing them. The area is not very desirable and quite run down, was told by locals it is dangerous. Once entering the property it was not particularly clean as carpets were stained, kitchen draws had rubbish in them, shower curtain was dirty and despite me booking for 2 adults and a baby only 2 bath towels were provided. I contacted them to be told that we had not requested the towel but they would speak to the cleaners and see if they could help. The final straw was the stairs in the property were so dangerous. I understand the type of property would have steep stairs but what made them ridiculously dangerous was the way the carpet had been laid so that each step was sloping downwards. We did not feel comfortable walking up and downstairs with our bags never mind with our baby. As this was a safety issue we decided not to remain and sort alternative accommodation. When we contacted Skylines Airbnb that we were not going to use the accomodation their response was not why is it not suitable or how can we help but instead "Sorry cannot for a refund" and "We never have any issues with this property it’s always very busy". I have since searched deeper and found other similar poor reviews.

Good location for Gym venue in Fenton and clean

It was a convenient location and surprisingly quiet considering the front door leads straight onto the pavement. Road was littered with rubbish but this is not the fault of landlord. It was clean inside, bedding and towels were spotless and it had everything we needed for our short stay. Plenty of grocery shops locally.

− A little bit tired in places with some damp evident and plaster peeling. The shower curtain rail was not fit for purpose and fell down hitting me on the head. Despite warning the rest of the family the shower rail fell down again.

I stayed for two nights. Very comfortable place. Everything clean and nice.
