10.0Suren, de eigenaar, is zeer behulpzaam. De villa moet nog flink gerenoveerd worden, maar alles wat belangrijk was, functioneerde. De douche was goed. Voldoende heet water. De slaapkamer was comfortabel en verwarmd. Er is geen restaurant in Karashamb, maar een restaurant in Arzakan kan maaltijden bezorgen.
Villa needs some attention
5.0the owner was very helpful in arranging transportation for us to the city and other places. He could speak english very well. There was good heating fans in each room.
− The villa was in poor condition and was falling apart. The beds, table tennis, and billiard table were all unusable. The hot water was a major issue; after hours of the boiler running, there was only a small amount, not even enough to fill half of the bathtub. The tub itself was dirty and we had to clean it, along with many other issues we had with it. Additionally, many of the lights and electrical sockets didn't work, and we couldn't find a path to the river.
