7.0Sehr nette und freundliche Vermieter, die uns schon erwartet haben, gute Kommunikation, saubere Unterkunft. Eingezäuntes Grundstück mit zwei freundlichen Wachhunden , haben sich schnell an uns und unsere Kinder gewöhnt und empfingen uns bei jeder Ankunft schwanzwedelnd.
− Ein kleines minus für die dünne Wand zwischen uns und den Nachbarn, dadurch war es manchmal etwas laut. Was sich nach unserer bitte , leiser zu sein , schnell geändert hat, vielen Dank für die Rücksichtsnahme.

10.0Очень хороший дом для семейного отдыха. До пляжа минут 7, вокруг много магазинов и кафе. По соседству пансионат «Солнечный», где можно приятно вечером прогуляться и выпить кофе. Хозяева гостеприимные и отзывчивые.
− Звукоизоляции между этажами нет, если вы чутко спите, обязательно берите беруши. На территории иногда отключают воду и электричество, но в течение часа обычно чинят. Сама территория тоже оставляет желать лучшего, но, насколько я поняла, хозяева этого дома не может никак повлиять на это.
Условия проживания великолепные.
10.0Хозяева очень гостеприимные, радушные, коммуникабельные люди. По доброму, великолепно нас встретили. Внимательно отнеслись к нашим просьбам. Жилищные условия великолепные.
− В селе Чок-Тал плохо развит туризм, практически отсутствует туристическая инфраструктура. Мало кафе. Очень тяжело найти шашлыки на "вынос". Вечером практически не куда пойти. В дневное время очень часто отключают свет, что приводит к мелким неудобствам.
