3.0Location-close to shops. Plenty of offstreet parking. Large home.
− Structural issues-Large cracks in the wall on either side of the kitchen/dinning room door almost at the ceiling. Pressure from the load bearing wall failing is compressing kitchen cabinetry. All floors are not level and tilt in various directions. The laundry wall is built over a window shared with the bathroom next door and offers no privacy. Plumbing-low pressure water in all showers. Electrical-switches and switch location may not be to code. Gardens need attention-weeding and mowing. Beds are uncomfortable and mattress/linen needs replacing. One bed had bed bugs and needed to be sprayed. Advertising photos do not represent the current state of the property.
A good location as it was close to our conference venue and handy to the supermarket
8.0There was plenty of room and there were heat pumps in all the bedrooms as well as the living area. Also the 3 bathrooms were great as we didn’t have to share.
− The outside are was a bit overgrown so not really accessible to use/enjoy

− The house is dirty, walls, floors, dishes. Very poor water pressure in two showers. Door to one bedroom does not close. Door another bedroom does not latch. Internet went out two days. No remote for the lounge TV. No instructions for appliances. No contact number for landlord. Landlord only reacted to messages when threatened with complaint to booking.com. Lawns and gardens overgrown. No instructions for when bins go out.

8.0Large house which was great for our large family of 8. Location is fantastic. 3 bathrooms made getting ready for a wedding much easier. Kitchen was very big and well equipped. Communication was fantastic with replies within the hour and owners were very accommodating with early check in and late check out.
− Ensuite shower head was not great, low pressure and kept dropping. TVs could do with access to streaming, they are quite old so could only access free to air so it was a little hard with kids.
It was ok
4.0− Didn’t realise the property was managed from overseas and we were charged overseas transaction fees. The property really needs cleaning. It is unkept. The beds were comfortable though and the sheets were ok.
