10.0Struttura posta nel centro storico di Quarto S.Elena comodo a tutti i servizi. Le fermate autobus per Cagliari sono a pochi passi e due linee arrivano in p.zza Matteotti di fronte al porto passeggeri, alla stazione ferroviaria ed al terminal dei bus extraurbani: da qui comodo collegamento ferroviario con l'aeroporto di Elmas. Accoglienza calorosa, pulizia impeccabile. Il monolocale che abbiamo occupato per 30 giorni è arredato in modo razionale, molto ben accessoriato. Merita sicuramente menzione la cortesia e la premura dell'host Daniele coadiuvato da Patricia e Marcelo, che si prodigano per venire incontro ad ogni esigenza dell'ospite. Impagabile il parcheggio riservato alla struttura.. Sistemazione adatta per un soggiorno urbano, non confinato nei villaggi o resort ma comodo alle spiagge del Poetto raggiungibili con una passeggiata di mezz'ora o anche con le biciclette messe a disposizione dalla struttura. Con l'automobile ci sono a disposizione una serie di spiagge fino a Villasimius facilmente raggiungibile con una varietà di fondali roccia/sabbia per tutti i gusti. Da consigliare.

10.0I stayed at this property for a weekend and absolutely loved it! A peaceful place, extremely well cared for in every detail, where nothing is missing. The location is excellent, and there’s even the option to use bicycles. I have only positive things to say: the owner and the caretakers are incredibly kind and always ready to help. I feel truly grateful for the warm welcome. If I come back to Cagliari, I will definitely stay here again!
