10.0房間非常大，這次是住有兩張床的和室。溫泉非常的舒服，三樓有一個獨立湯池，可以預約使用 30 分鐘，因為房間數不多，所以一定可以預約得到，這樣的安排非常特別。 另外，一樓的大眾溫泉設備也非常的好。早餐的部分味道非常不錯，算是半自助式的早餐。 推薦給來田澤湖旅遊的旅客，可以在這邊住宿一晚。
旅館有提供接駁服務，如果有搭田澤湖一周線，可以在白濱站下車，對面就是飯店，非常方便。
10.0員工不會講英文，但還是竭盡所能讓你可以了解館內的規定，櫃檯跟餐廳的人員都很細心的解說每件事，住宿前的詢問也都很用心回覆。飯店每個角落都很細心佈置，正對面就是田澤湖，從房間就可以看到，十分漂亮。 咖啡膠囊咖啡機，迎賓小點也很好吃。晚餐是日本的會席料理，可以吃到秋田的鄉土料理，早餐是日式定食，有些附餐是自助式。
