− Personalul nu vorbește limba engleză DELOC. Ju se poate cumpăra nici măcar o apă de la recepție. Nu este nici automat.
Kurzurlaub in der Wartburgstadt
9.0Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend. Vor allem, wenn man die Drachenschlucht und das Wandergebiet "Hohe Sonne" erkunden will. Zur Wartburg ist man in gut 30 Minuten aufgestiegen und im Stadtzentrum innerhalb von 5 Minuten (jeweils zu Fuß). Es gibt genügend Parkplätze gegenüber oder in der Tiefgarage. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut und das Personal sehr freundlich.
− Durch die Lage an der B 19 ist früh und abends mit dem entsprechenden Verkehrslärm zu rechnen, wenn man ein Zimmer zur Straße hin hat. Aber dafür kann das Hotel nichts. Nachts kann man trotzdem bei offenem Fenster schlafen.
