Perfect family holiday villa

The villa was perfect. We were very comfortable, it had everything we needed from kitchen facilities to fast WiFi and an Alexa. The pool was great, lots of towels. It was very clean. Location was great with a gorgeous view although a car is needed ideally as too far to walk to the town. Tom was the perfect host. Highly recommended for an enjoyable family holiday.

Einfach wunderschön zum Abschalten und Entspannen und Geniessen

Den Check-in unserer Anreise konnten wir sehr spontan und flexibel gestalten, da Gastgeber Ton um die Ecke wohnte. Das war für uns genial, da wir so den Strandtag noch nutzen konnten. Die Anfahrt geht ordentlich den Berg hinauf und wird mit einer phänomenalen Aussicht belohnt. Der Empfang durch Ton war äußerst freundlich und angenehm und auch die Hausbesichtigung im Anschluss. Für uns stand sogar ein kleines Körbchen mit Getränken, Pasta und Snacks bereit. So kann der Urlaub doch beginnen. Besonders möchte ich die tolle Ausstattung der Küche erwähnen. Es gab sogar Müllbeutel und Spülmaschinentabs, Kaffee, Öl, Gewürze und vieles mehr. Besonders bleibt mir der Sonnenaufgang am Morgen in Erinnerung und die umwerfende Stimmung und Aussicht auf der Terrasse und der Zitronenbaum und die tägliche Dosis Vitamin C. Unser Gastgeber war immer für Fragen jeglicher Art verfügbar und war sehr hilfsbereit. Im Obergeschoss gibt es zwei Bäder und zwei Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbetten. Ein Schlafzimmer hat ein En-Suite Badezimmer. Im Untergeschoss auf Pool-Ebene gibt es noch eine weitere Wohnung mit Wohnzimmer, Küche und Schlafzimmer mit Bad. W-LAN und ein Alexa-Lautsprecher waren auch vorhanden. Vom Haus aus kann man direkt zur Wanderung auf den Berg Montgo starten. Ins Zentrum und zum Hafen fährt man ca. 12-15Min. Die Sandstrände von Denia sind etwa 15-20Min. und 3 grosse Supermärkte in 10Min erreichbar. Nach Las Rotes sind es 15Min.. Dort kann man Kajak fahren oder an den Klippen wandern oder auch sehr schön Tapas essen.

The villa was very well equipped. The host Ton was very considerate and informative. We tried their local recommendations which were excellent. Plenty of space for a family of 5 and would stay there again without hesitation

Absolutely Amazing Stay in Denia

I have visited Denia twice before because I have friends that live in this beautiful seaside town with whom I usually stay. Because there were three if us in our travelling party this trip, I needed to find a separate place to stay. What caused me to book Adriana were the photos in the Booking.com property profile - they are beautiful. Much to my pleasant surprise - even these beautiful photos don't do the property full justice! This property is absolutely beautiful! Arrival was a breeze. Our host, Ton, provided the perfect balance between keeping in touch and allowing us to enjoy our stay in peace. Thank you, Ton, for you warm hospitality! Parking is plentiful and easy. The villa is located on a cul-de-sac - very little drive-by traffic. As is common in Europe, once you leave the town center and begin your drive "up the hill," be patient as you may find some roads on the narrow side. But the 5-10 minute drive to the town center is worth every moment! Easy drive to markets/restaurants. The property is spacious including (at least) three bedrooms, including a fully self-contained apartment (including kitchen) on the pool-level floor. Beds were very comfortable, and all of the amenities were modern and added to the comfort of our stay (including a huge spa bathtub in the master bedroom). The main kitchen is fully equipped with modern amenities - we cooked two of the four days we were there and it was like being at home. Even with the bedrooms, bathrooms, and other physical amenities being top-notch - the best attribute of the villa was the stunning views! Morning coffee was accompanied by the stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea and Denia harbor easily seen from the main dining room and many other areas of the property. I loved the view so much, I've made a photo of the view my latest phone wallpaper! One personal suggestion I left with Ton: Installation of a hot tub in an area with access to the spectacular view!

Fantastic accommodation in a beautiful location

Exceptionally well equipped property with lots of space both inside and outside. The outdoor eating areas and BBQ were much appreciated. The property was located in a peaceful area with fantastic views over Denia. The owner Ton was friendly and always on hand whenever we needed him for advice and to answer questions.
