10.0Super Lage mit See- Blick. Top Ausstattung, es bleiben keine Wünsche offen. Für die Fahrräder gibt es einen sicheren Unterstand. Gerne mal wieder.

− Ein Fahrstuhl wäre vorteilhaft. Ist aber nicht zu ändern. Die Wohnung ist von der Ausstattung ein Mix aus alt und modern. Eine Glastür im oberen weitaus geräumigeren Bad muss man mögen.

8.0Eine wunderschöne geschmackvolle eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Alles was man braucht um sich wohl zu fühlen. Herrlicher Balkon mit Sicht auf das Steinhuder Meer .
− Leider kein Fahrstuhl, doch das ist für gesunde Beine und Füße kein Thema. Dafür wurde man schließlich für die Aussicht entschädigt.
