9.0We spent three nights in the house and highly recommend it. It was clean, the air conditioning worked well, and there was an interesting outdoor bathroom surrounded by greenery :) The garden around the house was well maintained, and the area was quiet and peaceful, away from the noise of the city. In the morning we could indeed hear a rooster, but since we live in the countryside ourselves, we are used to it. Every evening the owner came by and always asked if everything was okay. He also helped us arrange a transfer to our next destination. We highly recommend it for a short stay—short mainly because the town itself turned out to be very noisy.

10.0Очень приятный и умный хозяин, внимательный к мелочам и готовый позаботиться о вас и даже защитить. Природе и садик здесь просто чудесны, завтракаешь как в раю, моешься тоже) Убираются раз в неделю, в целом везде чисто и аккуратно. Очень душевное и семейное место, сразу видно, что относятся с душой, если знаете Английский будет очень интересно поболтать с хозяином и его женой. Всем советую данное жилье 🫶

1.0burada konaklamadım. çünkü ilanda belirtildiği gibi "entire villa" değil, yani evin tamamına değil sadece bir odasına sahip oluyorsunuz.
− ilandaki bilgi yanıltıcı. eve gittiğimde benden başka bir ya da iki odada daha kalanlar olduğunu gördüm. bunun booking.com'un hatası olduğunu ve "gelecek sezon" düzeltileceğini söylüyorlar. konaklamadan geri dönmek zorunda kaldım! bu kadar para verip neden mutfağı, bahçe ve balkonu başkalarıyla paylaşayım ki... oda oldukça küçüktü ve güzel banyosundan başka bir esprisi yoktu. buzdolabı ağzına kadar doluydu ve yemek alanı dağınıktı. elbette çok kişinin paylaştığı alanlarda bunlar normal sayılır. lütfen doğru düzgün bir açıklama yazın ve insanların zamanını çalmayın.

9.0The property is surrounded by lovely nature, the home has a very calming feel to it and is very clean. There is a kitchen and washing machine for clothes too. It’s a short distance to the beach and a 4 minute tuktuk to Unawatuna central. We really enjoyed our stay and the accommodation!

10.0А cozy villa with a courtyard closed from outsiders. The photos correspond to reality. Birds and chipmunks can be admired in the garden. The room and linen are clean. The host is friendly and helped a lot on various issues.

10.0Very nice and kind host. Clean and well-kept living. The kitchen has everything you need. A nice garden, many birds and small squirrels. It was nice to drink coffee outside in the morning and watch them. A good and peaceful place, you can walk to the beach in 15 minutes. It was very nice to be with you, thank you!❤️
