Good value, new but get a bit too hot
7.0It’s a good location, away from the crowds but close to all the nice beaches and nature activities. The apartment is new and clean. Very good value for money.
− As others said, the fans are not strong enough to keep the air flow and it gets very hot and stuffy so a bit hard to sleep. What was a bit unexpected (but maybe normal in France?) is that nothing is provided as in - toilet paper and basic things. Also what I haven’t seen mentioned anywhere is a 60 euro cash deposit that is taken in case you don’t clean (mopping, cleaning the kitchen and so on). We didn’t mind so much but I never had to clean a Booking.com rental or buy basic hygiene products, so this would be great to know beforehand imo.
