3.0− Ono što je predstavljeno na sajtu ne odgovoara onome što ćete zateći u objektu. Vlasnik nije tu, neke komšije koje ne znaju engleski služe za komunikaciju. Srećom nije bilo puno ljudi, jer ne bi bilo prostora gde možemo da jedemo. Postoji jedan sto, fržider se jedva otvara, jer se vrata otvaraju na pogrešnu stranu. Na šporetu na gas radila samo jedna ringla, upaljač nije radio, dobili smo šibice. U dvorištu postoji samo jedan sto za sedenje. U toaletu se izliva voda, neispravna kanalizacija, pa je bilo kao na bazenu. U sobi jedva možete da dohvatite prozor i još teže zatvorite. Rezervisali smo jednu vrstu sobe, a dobili drugu, a sa vlasnicom smo mogli da komuniciramo telefonom (roaming), a čovek koji treba da pomogne ne zna jezik i nema kredita na telefonu. Srećom došli smo samo na jednu noć. Za lozinku interneta smo morali opet da telefoniramo vlasnici, jer komšija nije znao da nam kaže. Potrebno je poboljšanje.
