1.0I went to a place that advertised a private pool, but there was nothing private. Everyone had their own room, and the pool was shared. The sauna wasn't working, and you couldn't use the jacuzzi until 10:30 AM. By 11:00 AM, you had to leave your room. There was no system in place. I've been to many places through Booking.com for enjoyable trips, but I've never encountered a problem like this one. They accuse you of theft, and I don't know what they mean. Even though I left the room and handed everything over, and it was fine, and I tidied the room as I found it, I admit I smoked on the balcony, and maybe the ash blew into the room because of the wind.🥹😱
