Exceptional
10.0We had a fantastic two-week stay at the Reiner/Mair family’s Kachlerhof appartement! The apartment was impeccably clean, equipped with underfloor heating, larger than it appeared in the photos, fully furnished, and stocked with all necessary cleaning supplies. Mrs. Agata ensured we had fresh towels and was available to help us almost daily. The entire house is very well-maintained, and it’s clear the hosts continuously invest in its upkeep. During our stay, all the apartments were fully booked. There is a laundry room available, and parking is convenient with a covered garage. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a festive holiday cake, and on New Year’s Eve, Mrs. Agata surprised us with a chilled bottle of bubbly. The host was also kind enough to drive us to the bus stop early in the morning when we headed to the slopes. The location is excellent, with a small town center about 2 km away, where we shopped at Spar or local delicatessens. The instructors from Ski School Schlern 3000 taught me how to snowboard, making it an unforgettable experience. Nearby, the city of Bolzano offers cozy pubs, restaurants, and plenty of shops, along with a charming market square featuring a Christmas market (Kerntsmärkte), and stalls with fresh produce, local alcohol, and street food. Brixen enchants with its quaint cafes and streets perfect for strolling, while Ortisei captured our hearts with its magical Christmas village. Still, the highlight of every day was returning to the warm, exceptionally quiet, and spotless Kachlerhof. We can’t wait to come back! Greetings, Sylwia
