Very disappointing stay with poor maintenance, unresolved issues, and a lack of customer service.

− You can include that point in Our stay was extremely disappointing and did not meet the standard we expected. The biggest issue was the lack of reliable hot water, which remained unresolved for a significant part of our stay. Rather than arranging a prompt repair, we were repeatedly asked to troubleshoot the system ourselves, which is unacceptable for paying guests. The Wi-Fi was unreliable and often did not work. The property is also located in a noisy area, with frequent loud music and parties, particularly over weekends, making it difficult to relax. The property itself is poorly maintained. The kitchen door is in poor working condition, the barbecue was dirty on arrival, and the garden is untidy and not well maintained. Another major disappointment was that the caretaker lives on the property, which was not clearly disclosed in the listing. To make matters worse, the caretaker’s laundry was regularly hanging directly in front of our entrance, creating an untidy appearance and reducing our sense of privacy. Communication regarding the maintenance issues was frustrating. Instead of focusing on resolving the problems, we were repeatedly asked to investigate them ourselves and provide photos. Due to the number and seriousness of these issues, we requested a refund for the remaining nights so that we could leave and find alternative accommodation. Unfortunately, this request was repeatedly denied, leaving us with no reasonable solution despite the ongoing problems. Overall, the property does not offer the level of comfort, maintenance, privacy, or service that the listing suggests. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend this property and would not choose to stay here again.

The entire experience was a catastrophe and booking.com were unavailable to assist

− The accommodation was not ready for our arrival, the host was unreachable and we were left stranded in a town we do not know. Booking.com had no real person to lodge a complaint with or to communicate with. I except and insist on a full refund. I had to search for alternative accommodation and pay again.

Cozy, pleasant, comfortable, safe and wholesome.

The ease of obtaining the house keys and feeling safe within the premises.

− Couldn't take a shower due to geyser linked to solar panels, so we all opted to shower at the club house on day 2 instead, luckily we all are golfers. Host were to indicate geyser setting upon arrival.

Very spacious and worked for us because we were a family so it didn't matter that the main bedroom was in the middle. Had all amenities you could want and location is very central. Good value for money.

− We found a kinder egg and empty red bull can under the bed upon arrival which must have been missed by the cleaner. Had some minor difficulties in communication to get the key as the owner was out of signal an the garden had the key to fix something, was resolved
