9.0The view 😍 you have a nice covered patio right on the beach with dining table and lounge seating. Everything is beautifully designed in the building. The pool is wonderful and there is a surf break and surf board rental right in next to Soleado. We loved our stay and can’t wait to come back!
If condo life is how you like to holiday, this place is amazing.
10.0Location, view, convenience to San Jose, cleanliness, and style. Our morning walks on the beach or around the corner down the canyon were the perfect way to start the day. Michelle was attentive to all our comments and questions.
− We loved almost everything about it and definitely would love to return. The only to comment would be to update the beach and pool furniture.

Overall a very nice unit on the beach. The property manager is excellent and very responsive.
9.0Good location on beach, nice pool area and hot tub. Nice and quiet in mid December, good parking, road noise not an issue.
− No dishwasher - only an issue if you have large group eating in a lot.
