10.0The location is stunning with views to the lake and views to Mt Fuji from the lookout point. Our stay was very nice and peaceful (visited in July). Dinner was amazing, the food was really nice and the set up and service was exquisite. The staff was extremely nice, polite, helpful and friendly. We felt very welcomed. They also have private onsens that you can book if you prefer a bit more private experience or if you have tattoos. Will definitely go back next time we are in Japan.
